Guide
Buying guide capacity, power and floor vs countertop
Use this guide to prepare a clear RFQ for ChillServe. We explain decision factors — not published ratings. Actual capacity, amperage and footprint are confirmed after you share venue type and market voltage.
- Capacity: ask by servings or kg per busy hour — we confirm per model
- Power: note voltage / phase / plug market
- Floor vs countertop: space and service access
- No invented certifications or search volumes
Capacity (without fake numbers)
Marketing pages that invent liters-per-hour or cones-per-hour mislead buyers. Tell us your busy-hour target and product type (soft serve, batch, gelato, slushie). We map that to suitable configurations in the quote — not on this page.
Power and market voltage
List destination country, voltage, phase and preferred plug. Export machines are configured per market; do not assume a single global SKU.
Floor vs countertop
Countertop units suit tight kiosks; floor models suit high-volume shops. Service clearance, hopper access and drainage matter as much as width. Mention both space limits and expected volume in your RFQ.
Next steps
Browse commercial ice cream machines and soft serve, then send an inquiry.
No certification claimed by default. We do not claim NSF, UL, CE, ETL or any other approval or rating on this site. Products are built to customer-specified standards; test reports can be provided on request where available.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there no capacity tables here?
Because unverified numbers become false claims. Capacity is confirmed per RFQ against your venue and voltage.
