Ordering, OEM & wholesale
Does ChillServe sell to consumers?
No. We are a B2B supplier for brands, distributors, dealers and commercial operators. Consumers should buy from our customers’ retail channels.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on the product and level of customization. Mixed containers across categories are welcome — see wholesale.
Can I put my own brand on the machines?
Yes. Logos, colors, packaging and manuals are covered in our OEM & private label program.
Is this site only soft serve ice cream machines?
No. Soft serve is a first-class hub, but we also cover commercial ice cream machines, gelato, batch freezers, display freezers, frozen yogurt and frozen-drink / snack equipment.
Do you publish capacity ratings or certifications?
Not on marketing pages. Capacity, power and any test reports are confirmed per RFQ against your venue and market requirements. We do not invent certifications.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.
What is the minimum order for private label?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on customization depth.
Can I mix soft serve and gelato in one program?
Yes. Mixed programs across soft serve, gelato, batch and frozen drinks are common.
Can you ship mixed containers?
Yes — soft serve, gelato, freezers and frozen-drink SKUs can often share a container.
Is ChillServe the final legal company name?
ChillServe is the working brand unlocked for this site. Registered legal name will be confirmed separately.
Do you sell directly to consumers?
No. B2B only.

No. Soft serve machines produce and dispense; freezers hold finished product for scoop or retail display.
